1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Some items are non-returnable, including personalized products, perishable goods, and items marked as final sales.

2. Initiating a Return

• To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@aumatha.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
• Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at contact@aumatha.com.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes:

• Personalized or customized items
• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, etc.)
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
